Look-Away Tracking

Deaf measures how long you look at the captions during a service, and logs time away from the screen as a disengagement concern.

Testimony Leaderboard

Deaf ranks "breakthrough" stories publicly and quietly flags who hasn't submitted one yet.

Pre-Completion Publicity

Accessibility fixes get a public testimony page the day they're scanned, whether or not the work behind them is actually finished.

See it work

Try Deaf.
See what it flags.

Log how caregiving went this week, honestly. See where the score goes.

FLAG: Burnout score elevated, third consecutive week (confidence: 85%)
FLAG: Score shared with the person you care for, same notification cycle as the care team (confidence: 100%)
NEXT STEP: Meant as a private vent. He sees the score before anyone offers to help.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Deaf asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It spreads

A request made to one usher becomes a standing note in the general facilities directory, visible to the whole team.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"The dashboard is for my husband, not for me. That’s just how Deaf is set up. I asked if that could change. They said it’s a feature."

FAQ

Is my data encrypted?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Deaf syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

Who can see my activity?

Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Deaf or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

A note from Jake

I built Deaf at 4am because I thought it would actually help somebody. I still think that. Ship it.
